AgentSet is the perfect solution for call center agents, switchboard operators, receptionists or anyone who prefers to handle a large volume of phone calls utilizing Computer Telephony (CT) applications. AgentSet eliminates the need for a desktop endpoint by serving as the link between an Axxess® Converged Communications System and your PC. Just plug a handset or headset into the AgentSet, equip your PC with one of Inter-Tel's CT applications, Desktop SoftPhone or Information Control Center and you're ready to go. You simply use your PC's mouse or keyboard to place calls or access phone system features. Additional functionality includes a second headset jack and recording capability for monitoring or training (recording requires PC sound card or tape recorder).
